PRI and Elaine were great! They handled all of the paperwork and customs for us. Our dog is considered an aggressive breed by most airlines. That means he could not fly on any passenger planes. He had to fly cargo. We know nothing about any of that. Having PRI handle it was a load off of our plate. It made our move to Portugal a much more relaxing experience. -Erica Mancuso 4/10/24

Had an amazing experience with Elaine and Stephen. I needed my cat transported from Halifax Canada to Arkansas USA. It's not a super simple route at all. Elaine helped formulate a plan that worked perfectly. You can tell they care about animals and making sure we can save money wherever we could. I would highly recommend them. We lucked into IDP Shipping Not only did they drive to pick up the cats, they waited for my husband to locate the last cat who had found a new hiding place . . . VERY HAPPY I used IDP Shipping Services ! Last time I moved cross country I used another company to transport my dogs which was a nightmare. Not this time! The driver sent me multiple photos a day of my pup wagging his tail - he seemed so at ease which meant the world! She even went so far as to meet him the day prior to picking him up so he was familiar with her! Worth every penny would definitel
